LoL 1.0.10: Electric Morphing Update

In this update the focus is morphing of electric-dialect beings and related quests, adding more beings in general, and a few new crafting items and soundtracks.

• Added charged pearl
• Enabled morphing into 2 beings with electric dialects - Electrogust and Incandesfin.
• Changed the requirements to start two quests to ensure stories will align.
• Added 3 new quests related to morphing electric beings
• Added crafting options for frostyarn and frostwoven backpack, and one related quest
• Added 28 new beings based on designs by NinjaGame_Dev: Abysroth, Angrimp, Anglorb, Aufinx, Azurelia, Clawclogg, Clawclonk, Coroth, Darkorr, Deptroth, Duneglorb, Geokorr, Glacipent, Gloorgorb, Gnarlent, Grimment, Icicool, Lagma, Medeshock, Medezap, Moltigin, Oorath, Oorshock, Oozeglorb, Rathimp, Swamglorb, Tarantilic and Zapglorb
